We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Our counseling services are delivered immediately upon scheduling. Once a counseling session has been conducted or a consultation has been provided, no refunds shall be issued. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we may reschedule your session at no additional cost.
You may cancel your enrollment in our paid services within 7 days of purchase, provided that no service has been delivered. In such cases, a refund may be issued after deducting a processing fee of 10% of the total amount.
No refunds shall be provided for services that have been fully delivered, including but not limited to counseling sessions, document reviews, and admission guidance that has been provided.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@huntlead.in with your order details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Website.
